News about the company 
 

As of last week, The NeedleTouch is an official LLC business and has officially obtained all licenses within the state of Kentucky and federal. For information about The NeedleTouch read Blog #1. 

 

Announcing Collection Series 

                     

 

Want to start a project? The NeedleTouch is announcing its production of collection series. This means that there will be designs in at least a set of 4 that are the same subject matter and can go together. Set designs in the works right now include:  *I Run... Series 4+designs  *Quilted Series 6+ designs  * Doctor Who Series 4+ designs  * Abc's Series (Note : this will include a Chinese version of ABC's!) 5 designs...  * A Study In Flowers Series 4+  * Many more to come!!!    
 

The collection series will start coming out by the end of May. 

 

Custom Orders 

                  

I have already been receiving custom orders!  Custom orders are $50-$99 dollars depending on size. I've had some modification orders as well. If you are looking for a cross stitch design but haven't been able to find it, just email The NeedleTouch at theneedletouch@gmail.com or through Facebook message www.facebook.com/theneedletouch

Dedicated to cross-stitch and other types of stitches, The NeedleTouch creates a variety of homemade designs. The NeedleTouch creates simple cross stitch designs so that everyone can needlepoint!   What's different about The NeedleTouch than other shops?  There will be modern cross stitch designs, and designs with a Twist! Pop culture inspired designs! Most of all downloadable from your computer.  
 

Payment  

You will receive a download link directly from Etsy when payment has cleared for this item. There are no cancellations. Payment methods of PayPal and Etsy Gift cards are excepted.  
 

Shipping  

The needlepoint patterns are available for instant download upon purchase. NOTHING IS PHYSICALLY MAILED to you unless specified as a physical document with shipping in the description of the product sale page. Your links will include the template and stitch guide in PDF formats . You may print this item as many times as you want.  
 

Refunds and Exchanges  

There is a no refund on all digital downloads. Refunds on general items that HAVE BEEN PHYSICALLY MAILED can be made by contacting theneedletouch [!at] gmail.com, if you are completely unsatisfied with the product.
